Once your information is received, a registration status will be sent to your email address (and your parents' email addresses if you are a youth). You MUST also submit your medical release form in order to complete your registration. You can access the medical release form under TREK FORMS, complete it, scan it, and email it to crstrek2011@gmail.com OR submit it to your Ward Youth Leader. An updated registration list will be sent periodically to your Ward Youth Leaders.
You will NOT be considered registered until the above information AND your medical release form are received by the stake.
